LAYOUT DESIGN IDEA
Space divide from idea formation and showing out the area of people focusing on the community in the center place. Main Focus Space as a centralized area located in the mezzanine to attract and gather people from all the areas of the different services and space of coworking. People gather into the centre as the concept idea of centralising the people around the world.
The Space design for MindSpace coworking. International coworking spaces in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. It is a private equity firm in the UK. The specialized type of working was provided extra knowledge about business / VCs from the investor talks. Beautiful and inspiring workspaces for teams of all sizes.

CONCEPT DESIGN
Ideation of people from a different group, different companies or a person, has centralized into a big group ( as a big community & a big platform). A centralized space to connect people. Then, people communication, sharing and meet a friend in the space. Idea showing out the connection and interaction between each people. The idea of connection is from separated people to centralized people with showing the idea of crossing over to each other. Centralized people from different spaces into the center.

MATERIALS
The material for space mostly using the local identity of features to significant the idea of the fusion of Malaysia. Material will be used such as the Nyonya features tiles, the painted wall- urban sketch the color tone and more.
